Directions

WARNING Propolis used on the skin in its pure form may cause itchiness and swelling which can be overcome through dilution of the raw Propolis. Internal reactions to Propolis are rare. However, people with low blood pressure or low blood sugar levels should avoid taking Propolis. People with exceptionally high red blood corpuscle counts should abstain from taking Propolis internally.
ALLERGY TEST If you have never used Propolis before and just want to be sure, place a small amount onto the end of your finger. Please do not take any Propolis products internally without performing this simple test. If no adverse reaction is noticed you should be fine to use both externally and internally. Symptoms to be aware of when trying any of our Propolis products are redness or itchy skin, swelling of tissue in applied area and or sinuses upsets.
