Rewarewa honey from December 2022! This was harvested from a collection of apiaries in the Waitakere Ranges of West Auckland. A pollen analysis from Analytica Laboratories indicates that this honey is almost monofloral (one nectar source] Rewarewa honey. It also has a wee bit of Manuka and a wee bit of wildflowers.
