This particular batch we decided to keep super raw too. Not heated or creamed, just the purest form of raw clover honey from one the best regions producing clover.
A very fruity, floral and sweet taste, velvety on the tongue, and a long lasting finish. This is the one we all love, the one you parents grew up on and the one that is sure to be a hit for generations to come.
